Supplies- We bring our own supplies (we test our products to make sure they provide quality results). We offer regular cleaning products and non-toxic products.
Safety- We make every efforts to work safely and cautiously. We kindly ask that you, your children and pets remain out of the room that we are cleaning in order to prevent safety hazards. The safety of our cleaning pro is extremely important. To decrease the risk of injury we are unable to move heavy objects and furniture. We are not able to clean vomit, blood, urine or excrement.
Entry- We can work with whatever form of entry is more convenient for you long as we have a way to get in. It is your choice if you would like to be home during your home cleaning.
Insects- Insect infestation can be a problem and may prevent us from cleaning your home. If an infestation of ants, termites, roaches, fleas, bedbugs, etc. is encountered, we will not clean until the problem is rectified. Please do not expect us to clean up dead insects.
Blinds- we do offer slat by slat cleaning; blinds must be 2''. We cannot guarantee the cleaning of mini blinds. blinds need to be vacuum before they are wiped( this will require additional time). We cannot be held liable for blinds that have dry rot, sun damage and/ or are not installed properly.
